This site began as Adoring Alex /alex-O.net and was originally started by Crystal. I became an admin there in the fall of 2007.

Crystal began to have a lot going on in her "real life" and was getting harder to contact and so I began a "sister site" on alexoloughlin.org (Alex O'Loughlin Information Network) just in case the original site went away. Alex-O.net was hosted on a free hosting site.. and while I tried to take over the account for Crystal, I didn't like the restrictions that the host had.

In early 2008 I began to move the site completely to the alexoloughlin.org domain. We have moved hosts a couple of times but are now "home". Our discussion forum retains our original "Adoring Alex" name.
